The New Harmony Sisterhood Band
The New Harmony Sisterhood Band had its beginning in a feminist studies course on women & music at the Goddard-Cambridge Graduate School for Social Change in 1973-74. They put out one album together "Ain't I a Woman?" in 1977 on the Paredon Records label. The album is available from Smithsonian Folkways.
