Folk radio

There are many folk DJs around the country who play and promote the kind of music that we believe in and are working to build. 

Please support these DJs important work by subscribing to their stations and making sure you say that you are contributing as a way of supporting their work.

Diane Crowe  Music of the People  WCMB (107.9 FM Greenfield MA - Wed 3-5pm, Th 4-6pm, Sun 12-2pm) & Valley Free Radio (103.3 FM Northampton MA - Fridays 7-9am)

Phil Norris  Folk Music with Cousin Phil - Mondays 9-10am  WERU (89.9 FM  in Blue Hill ME)

Bill Newman & Monte Belmonte  Bill Newman Show  weekdays 9-10am & 6-7pm on WHMP  (Northampton MA)

Graham and Barbara Dean host “Common Sense Songs”  Wednesdays, 8 – 10 p.m. on WBCR-LP (97.7-FM)  (Great Barrington, MA)

Foolkiller Folk on KKFI community radio in Kansas City, every Sunday 11-1 central time, with streaming available. The hosts rotate between Bob and Diana Suckiel, Mark and Val Andrus, and Kathy Peters.
The Foolkllier organization celebrates its 50th anniversary this year; we were involved in starting it in 1970 when we had a live venue, pictured on the website. Now its mostly house concerts (though of course nothing live this year).
